Program Coordinator Josh Pearson Wins Carroll Society Award 2023

The Polus Center is proud to announce that our Program Coordinator Josh Pearson has won the Carroll Society Award for 2023!

Presented by the Carroll Center for the Blind alongside the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, this award is given to individuals with vision loss who show excellence in their field, commitment to their communities, and leadership in the face of adversity.

In addition to coordinating the Trades Win project, Josh is a peer mentor to people with disabilities who are seeking employment, education, training. His passion is unparalleled, and his knowledge of assistive technology and skill as an advisor is a tremendous asset to his community.
