Vision Towards Success (formerly known as Trades Win) is a virtual 14-week paid internship program for blind and low vision teens and young adults. Job seekers engage in research and professional outreach as they and produce podcasts and written profiles that highlight blind individuals who are thriving in the workforce. Interns learn directly from blind and low vision professionals across a wide range of industries while developing skills in project management, teamwork, research, outreach, interviewing and media production.

Rooted in the lived experiences of people who are blind or low vision working in diverse professions, this virtual program builds practical workplace skills, expands professional networks by connecting participants with role models and potential mentors in their areas of career interest, and supports job seekers in identifying opportunities and strategies for success across career pathways aligned with their employment goals and interests. This work takes place through an engaging, experiential process that contributes to a growing library of success stories from blind professionals across industries.
