Over six weeks (Tuesdays–Fridays, 9 AM–1 PM via Zoom), you’ll explore:

- The wide variety of roles available in disability services
- Best practices in person-centered support
- How to land and thrive in your new role

- Direct Support Professional
- Life Skills Trainer
- Job Coach
- Personal Care Assistant
- Case Worker
- Paraprofessional
- Transportation Provider
- Behavior Technician
- ...and many more!
This is a training-to-work program.
Everyone enrolled MUST COMMIT to seeking & maintaining employment in the field of disability support services. Once employed, participants need to submit their first and 30-day pay statements as part of the program completion.
Eligibility:
- ✔️ Massachusetts resident
- ✔️ Unemployed or underemployed
- ✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
- ✔️ Able to pass standard background checks
- ✔️ Access to a computer and reliable internet
- ✔️ Access to reliable transportation
- ✔️ Ready to begin working after training ends
