Access to the Arts – Broadway in Boston Free Audio-Described Theater Opportunity

To Kill a Mockingbird, April 10, 2022

The Polus Center, in collaboration with the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, is pleased to offer “Access to the Arts” -- opportunities for adults who receive MCB services to participate in community arts activities such as music, theater, and museums. Our first offering of 2022 takes place on April 10, 1:00 p.m., at the Boston Opera House to see To Kill a Mockingbird, Academy Award® winner Aaron Sorkin’s adaptation of Harper Lee’s Pulitzer Prize-winning masterwork. Adults registered with MCB who receive Social Rehabilitation (SR) services are eligible to attend and are encouraged to come with a friend! Polus Center has reserved a limited number of tickets, so please contact your SR Counselor today if you are interested, and they will make a referral. The event includes tickets to the audio-described performance and sharing a meal afterward at a local restaurant.
